  1. 7 8 9  These numeric keys allow you to change the velocity and octave
  2. 4 5 6  used when generating "Note On" commands for the QWERTY and
  3. 1 2 3  ZXCVBN rows of keys.

  5.        The QWERTY keys will default to play pitches in octave 5 with a
  6.        velocity of 64.

  8.        The ZXCVBN keys will default to play pitches in octave 4 with a
  9.        velocity of 64.

  11. If you want to hear the note you just played at different velocities,
  12. press any of the numeric keys on the right-hand side of your Amiga
  13. keyboard. The lower the numeric value, the softer the note will be
  14. played.  From this point forward, any note you play on the -same- row
  15. of keys (QWERTY -or- ZXCVBN) will be played at the velocity of the
  16. last numeric key you pressed.

  18. If you want to hear the note you just played in a different octave,
  19. press any of the numeric keys on the right-hand side of your Amiga
  20. keyboard while holding down the shift key.  The note will be played
  21. again, using an octave equal to the numeric value of the key you just
  22. played.  From this point forward, any note you play on the -same- row
  23. of keys (QWERTY -or- ZXCVBN) will be played in the octave corresponding
  24. to the last numeric key you pressed.
